How to add Institution details?


  • To add Institution details
  • Click on Administration Tab
  • Click on Institution menu
  • Enter the required details like Institution Name, Address, Place, Phone number, Website etc.
  • Click on Upload button
  • Choose an image file of the school logo.
  • Click Save button.




How to set academic year?


  • To set academic year
  • Click on Administration Tab
  • Click on Academic year menu
  • Click on the NEW button.
  • Enter the display name for your identification like 2017-2018.
  • Choose the start date on the calendar for that academic year.
  • Click save button.




How to add classes and sections?


  • To add classes and sections
  • Click on Administration Tab
  • Click on Classes and section menu
  • Click on class details
  • Click on NEW button
  • Enter the required details, order number, class, age.
  • Click save class button.




How to delete a class?


  • To delete classes
  • Click on Administration Tab
  • Click on Classes and section menu
  • Click on class details
  • Click on the Red Cross button.
  • A dialog box will appear asking “Do you want to delete?”
  • Click on “YES” button.
  • Click on Save class.




How to add a new section?


  • To add a new section
  • Click on sections and division.
  • Choose an Academic year.
  • Select a class.
  • Click NEW button.
  • Edit the section name
  • Click on save sections button.




How to Create Application User?


First create role then add user into a role.

  • To set Role management
  • Click on Administration Tab
  • Click on Role management menu
  • Click on the NEW button.
  • Enter the Role name.
  • Click update.
  • Select the Role name
  • Select the screens which they can access by selecting the check box.
  • Select the Reports which they can access by selecting the check box.
  • Click Save Changes.
  • To Create Application User
  • Click on Administration tab
  • Click on Create Application User
  • Click on the NEW button.
  • Select Staff Name.
  • Email ID will be automatically taken from Staff Details as Username.
  • Select the Role.
  • Click Update.
  • Verify the user by confirming the Email ID. (An email will be send automatically to the given Email ID. The user has to verify it by clicking on the verification link in that mail )




How to Import Student and Staff Data?


  • To Import Student and staff Data.
  • Click on Administration Tab.
  • Click on Import Data Tab.
  • Download the template file.
  • Add the details.
  • Upload the file.
  • Click update data.





Student Management

How to set school calendar?


  • To set school calendar
  • Click on Student management tab
  • Select on school calendar
  • Select the month and year
  • Select a class
  • You can set the same calendar for different classes by giving tick marks
  • A calendar with dates and working will appear; you can set the holidays by removing the tick marks from the working column.
  • You can edit the description column.
  • Click on Save Calendar.




How to add student details?


  • To add student details.
  • Click on Student management tab.
  • Click on Student Registration.
  • Click on the new button.
  • In Basic Information enter the required details (Name , Ad number, class..)
  • In Family Information, Enter the details of Father and Mother (Mandatory fields)
  • Click on SAVE button.




How to modify student details?

  • Click on Student Registration.
  • Click on the blue box button on the left side of that particular student name .
  • Edit the fields.
  • Click on SAVE button.




How to delete student details

  • Click on the RED CROSS button on left side of a particular student.
  • A dialog box will appear; “Do you want to delete?”
  • Click on YES button.




How to upload student photo?


  • Click on Student management tab.
  • Click on Students photo.
  • Select a Class.
  • Select Academic year.
  • Select a Section.
  • Click on ADD photo button on the right side of the student name.
  • Click on Browse button. (Max size: 2MB)
  • Select a photo to upload.
  • Crop the photo (If needed).
  • Click on save photo button.




How to do quick entry of student details?


To add a student:

  • Click on Student management tab.
  • Click on Students Quick entry.
  • Click on new button
  • Enter the required fields (Name, Class, Ad number etc.)

To delete a student:

  • Click on Student management tab.
  • Click on Students Quick entry.
  • Click on the RED Cross button to delete a particular student.

(Click on RECOVER to recover the student details.)




How to add students to sections?


  • Click on Student management tab.
  • Click on Class Register.
  • Select an Academic year.
  • Select a class and division.
  • Select the student who comes under that selected section by giving tick marks.
  • Click on SAVE button.




How to do promotions?


  • Click on Student management tab.
  • Click on Promotions.
  • Enter the details in Promote/demote from and to fields. ( Academic year, Class and section)
  • Select the student to promote/demote by giving tick marks.
  • Click on SAVE button.




How to prepare TC / Discontinue for students?


  • Click on Student management tab.
  • Click on TC/Discontinue.
  • Select an Academic year.
  • Select Class, Sections and status (TC or Discontinue).
  • Choose a date for issuing TC.
  • Select the students to give TC/Discontinue by giving tick marks on left side.
  • Click on SAVE button.




How to restore TC/discontinued student?


  • Click on Student management tab.
  • Click on Restore TC/Discontinue.
  • Select an Academic year.
  • Select Class, Sections and status (TC or Discontinue).
  • Select the students to restore TC/Discontinue by giving tick marks on left side.
  • Click on SAVE button.




How to mark attendance for students?


  • Click on Student management tab.
  • Click on Attendance
  • Select a date to set attendance.
  • Select academic year, classes and section.
  • Mark the attendance for morning and afternoon session.
  • If the student is on leave, mark the attendance as Leave letter and give a proper Remark.
  • Click on Save Attendance button.

How to add staff details?

  • Enter the details in Basic Information
  • Enter the details in Qualification & Experience by clicking on NEW button

  • Enter the details required (s.no, subject name, abbreviation).

  • Click on Hours settings tab.
  • Select an academic year.
  • Edit the field of Forenoon and Afternoon hours.
  • Click on save button.

To create optional subjects:

  • Select the students for optional subject by giving tick mark on the right side of that student name.
  • Click on save button.

To do mark entry:

  • Click on Academics tab.
  • Click on Mark Entry Tab.
  • Click on Mark Entry sub-tab.
  • Select an academic year, Class and Subject.
  • Select Academic year, classes and sections.
  • Set maximum mark and Pass mark.
  • Give tick mark on Re-test field if the student needs a Re-test.
  • Give tick on Absent field, if the student is absent for that Exam.

How to enter CBSE assessments


To enter Note Book and Subject Enrichment:

  • Click on Academics tab.
  • Click on Mark Entry Tab.
  • Click on Note Book and Subject Enrichment tab.
  • Select Academic year, Class, Examination and Subject.
  • Edit the Note book and subject Enhancement marks (Max. 5)
  • Click on save button.

To enter Co-Scholastic Assessment:

  • Click on Academics tab.
